Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Positives:
Cleanliness: the hotel, the rooms and the facilities are really clean. The pool is lovely and the choice of indoor and outdoor ones make it a good variety.
Kids club: Amazing people who look after your kids and they have such a variety to activities to entertain them. The kids kept wanting to go back (which made sightseeing hard!)
Things the hotel needs to improve on:
Food: the variety was good, however the hygiene was poor. Several times we found hair in the food. There were a lot of flies around the drinks area. One night, the chicken was very pink and the I told the staff, they did not do anything.
Also if they have a big group booking then one of the restaurants gets reserved for the group which means the only other restaurant gets really so you end up sitting in the lobby to eat. They could do with staggering the big groups.
Noise: There is a bar on the 10th floor - amazing views but horrible if you have kids trying to sleep before 1am. They have a lot of other properties opposite the hotel where they can have the parties
Overall, the hotel is a great and nice for kids. If the management took some time to plan the food, events, it would easily be a 5 star. But right now it is somewhere between 3 and 4.
