This road once marked the east side of the Wantsum Channel which originally cut Thanet off from the mainland and made it a true island.

Nice stay overall with clean rooms and a good location. The only issue was the shower — the glass screen couldn’t stop water splashing onto the bathroom floor, leaving it very wet and a bit dangerous after use
