Ground floor: Entrance hall, kitchen, then one step up to the living/dining area with a decorative fireplace, Wi-Fi, and TV. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate WC. First floor: Relaxation area and library with TV, two attic bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) for someone who prefers not to share a double bed (140 cm), but the maximum capacity of the house remains 6 people. Heat pump heating. 5 hectares of unfenced land. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. Electricity and linens included. Towels €10/person/change. Sheets €20/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €70. Heating €10/day. Available: Ping-pong table. Baby equipment: cot, high chair. Large property located 4 km from the cycle route, between the Isle Valley (ideal for fishing) and the Grand Etang de La Jemaye, 15 km away (supervised sandy beach in summer, children's playground, fitness trail, snack bars and restaurants), in the Forêt de la Double, near the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago).
