Plenty of space

We had a nice stay for a quick trip to the St. Mary’s area. We really enjoyed heading south and stopping at all the state and national parks. The house is clean and has lots of room.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were amazing to communicate with and very attentive. Our check-in process was flawless.This is a smaller town, so if you are from a larger city, don’t look for well developed neighborhoods. However, with that being said, the neighborhood was very well kept and extremely quiet - the only noise I heard was a cute little dog.The owners took pride in the preparation of this home, as it was extremely clean inside and the bed linen had the freshest smell to them! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and super cute house

Location was excellent and communication with owners was excellent also. This house is spacious and super cute! The floors were very dirty unfortunately but all else was great. House did not have any amenities available, no soap or spices at all to cook with, need to bring everything with you.

Weekend getaway

Close to the river, shops and restaurants. House was very clean and stocked with basic supplies. Yard was clean and fenced. Neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but we had NO issues during our stay. I wouldn't let that put you off. Literally 2 blocks from main road. Communication with the owners was spot on!

The residence was a modular home which made the layout a bit awkward but adequate for us. The neighbor was old and somewhat rundown however we, being three females, did not feel unsafe. I would recommend staying there if you are looking for a budget wise location.

We stayed for two nights at the the house. Let‘s start with the positive things:- fenced yard for dogs- beds comfortable- house was spacious enough for 8 peopleOn the opposite:- it is not in a nice neighborhood- kitchen equipment can be improved

Very Nice

We booked this house for a group of us of 3 adult couples for a visit to St Marys. The house was a 10 minute drive from main town. The house outside looks a little rundown, appears to be a double wide and the bathrooms a little old. However it had everything we needed and were very comfortable staying there. Plenty of room and everything was funtionable.

Granddaughters wedding

We enjoyed the stay and enjoyed our granddaughter's wedding. The house was big. We didnt use all of the bedrooms. There were 4 and one of the rooms had 2 single beds in it. Way more space than we needed but we did relax and enjoy it.

Great Stay

We booked this property to visit my son who is stationed at Kings Bay. It was my husband and I along with 5 young adults ages 19-21. There was plenty of room. I loved that there were 2 living areas with my husband and I using the bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the house as the other 3 bedrooms. We were able to give the kids space and hubby and I were able to have a quiet area to ourselves. The neighborhood is older, but convenient to town. I only wish there were TVs in the bedrooms. The home is older, but clean and roomy.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Saint Mary’s. The house is functional and especially spacious. You can’t find a better location. The immediate neighborhood is average but as we said, the location is great; equidistance between the downtown river view tourist area and the Mercantile areas where there’s Publix, Winn-Dixie, etc. There was an issue with the linen in the master bedroom but I’m sure this is a one off and they’ll pay more attention to it in the future. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

The home

I love the home… it was very clean the only down side is that the house ONLY have one TV in the living room!!!! NEEDS MORE TV’S!!!! We left Saturday and when we came back some guy was there cutting the glass I feel like that should have been done before we got there cause when got out our truck bugs was ALL OVER US !!! But as for the house itself I have no complaints but NEEDS MORE TV

The property was nice for an older home. I would suggest that curtains be put up on the door in the front and in the back also the kitchen window and in the bathrooms, the house backed up to another property and you can see straight through. There’s no light on the front porch, which makes it very dark. When coming in at night there is a light on the street that does help some, but there is no porch light also not sure if you’re aware or the cleaners have notified you but the bathroom where the rooms are the bathtub water backs up into the tub. There is a drainage problem otherwisefor an older property I would very much so stay here again if ever happen to come into town for a family function. I have family in Kingsland so this is a perfect location. The owners communication was excellent before and throughout the stay oh we did have to make a Walmart run as there were no washcloths left nothing major that you might wanna mention that in your details to bring your own washcloths they’re not provided. The front door lock also continued to cycle with the noise as if it was trying to lock and unlock every 20 minutes or so, which was startling making you think that somebody was trying to come into the house. Overall, the home was very well put together. It was a very short stay was in town for my great aunt’s 90th birthday celebration.
