This is the best place ever! Checking in is quick and their private taxi takes you any where you want to go!! Ash is the best he will take care of everything!! Must see view and very clean and safe! Security there all night

I choose this hotel for the view and the pool which are very nice. I did not rent a car and I discovered the area is not very walkable due to the very hilly terrain. I walked to a few restaurants to eat as there was not restaurant on the premises. I found it challenging to get to these restaurants. So you need a car if you stay here.

We loved the hotel and staff. Our room had everything we needed including a great view. Area is quiet, only a few restaurants. The Big Fish has great food and the service was amazing, reservations recommended.

From check-in through check-out our stay here was fantastic. It is very conveniently located where it is close enough to everything but not too touristy or busy. The people in this area, and whole island, are very friendly and inviting. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The balconies all had great views. The pool was easily accessible, large, and clean. Great for a splash after the sun goes down. The breakfast served at the property consists of pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was very nice. Dawn beach is okay compared to the Gulf of Mexico but not the best beach I’ve been to. Just okay for the carribean and works well for an easier trip out. I found that didn’t matter as we wanted to venture out and explore other beaches and islands anyways. The restaurants that were just a couple minutes away were amazing. We went to Mamas Pizza twice and wished we had it back home. The staff there are friendly and the restaurant is clean. We were able to get to the ferry in Margot to go to Anguilla in about 30 minutes and the ferry to St Barts in Philipsburg is only 15 minutes away. Pinel island ferry is about 10 minutes. On the property, we saw dozens of iguanas and two monkeys ( I heard the monkeys all escaped from the zoo during hurricane Irma). Either way, it was entertaining for the family. I could easily say more great things about this property and it’s great location. I usually never repeat trips but I can see myself back doing this again next year.
