Deducting points for 1) partially really dirty cutlery and dishes in the kitchen, 2) household essentials not made available, e.g. the liquid soap in the bathroom had a single drop left, there was one dishwasher tablet made available for four days, not enough towels, etc., and 3) we were left to feel like criminals when it turned out we had made an honest booking mistake (not adding our 4-year old, which we then made up for by paying extra), and scolded like children by the owner."
