The fully equipped open kitchen features a cooking island with bar stools, an American-style refrigerator, combination microwave and steam oven, Nespresso machine, blender, and more—ideal for both quick breakfasts and long, relaxed dinners.

From the private terrace, enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or a romantic sunset. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool and can use the elevator, making the apartment easily accessible for all.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
