5 LUXURY BEDROOMS WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM :
The very unique glass sliding doors in total width (148 feet/ 4,5m) in each master bedroom brings ocean to your heart every day time and connect you with sea. Spacious 4 master bedrooms are identical in quality, size and sea view ( no more negotiation for a better room) and ensure total privacy. Suits are equipped with 5 star hotel amenities : Ritz royal comfort double bed 6,15 foot/ 200 cm wide that can be adjusted to 2 twin bed if required, smart TV and lifts, AC, minibars, nespresso, safes , bathrobes, beach bags, comfortable writing desk and chairs, wardrobes and electric shutters and ceiling fans. The construction of the house ensures no noise transmission from next door bedrooms. If you have kids sleeping there, make sure you hear them Double curtains and independent keys for each master bedroom ensures your full privacy . No 5 bedroom suite consist of bedroom with double bed, AC, Ceiling fan, wardrobe and cabinet, bathroom and small porch/ terrace .

2 spacious outdoor terraces overlooking the sea, each with its own private pool turn this luxury holiday villa into a unique property ideal for groups and families, requiring generous design and comfortable space for party moments, while providing enough space for the privacy of each guest and couple.

Infinity pool with jacuzzi and panoramic ocean view is located on the ground floor and is surrounded by 160m2 of common living and dining area with capacity of 25sets and 12 deck chairs. Movable unique glass sliding wall (52 foots/ 16 m wide ) transforms the living and dining area into an extraordinarily and stunningly beautiful indoor/outdoor environment . Large living room and dining area are open to the kitchen and ground floor terrace, with incredible views of the ocean and pool and resort lights at the night time . All glass sliding doors and walls are fitted with blinds and curtains that can be adjusted as needed, for ex when watching TV or playing Playstation.

The first floor terrace (130m2) with a glass mosaic pool (4x4), connects the ground floor of the villa with two side exterior lighted staircases, which mouth on the terrace in the ground floor. The terrace has a fully glazed railing and offers a beautiful view of the sea over the day and the resort lighting at the evening. The small pool enables you to have a refreshing watering area for a drink with 2 design seats , or a safely paddy paddling pool for children with a water depth of 40cm.
