"This is a charming hotel that goes above and beyond. They think of all of the amenities from robes and slippers and candles and matches. We had high tea in the restaurant, which was just ok, they didn’t give us a selection of tea and the portion sizes were much too large. "
"Great location for all central Belfast attractions. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. We arrived well before regular check-in time but our room was made available for us get in straight away."
"The front desk staff, cleaning staff, breakfast buffet, room & cleanliness was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located to walk everywhere, including the train station, which is a must for us when travelling throughout Europe. I would "
"Friendly staff , good onsite restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Hotel in a great location 10 mins from city centre . Would recommend it to anyone .Very pleased with our stay . "
"Check- in/reception was awesome! Room well appointed, only issue in Britain is no face cloths or Kleenex. Oh, and horrible, scratchy toilet paper. Room was clean on service, but dusty in corners and small stains on comforter. Could not get heater/ air conditioner right. Never figured out how to get streaming, so minimal channels (2).
Room was spacious and had great view. Free (shared) laundry was a plus! Would stay again and bring my own toilet and facial tissue. "
