"Cute bungalows across the street from the lake and bike/walk to cute town (abt a mile). Easy check in, place was clean and updated. Only cons were no closet or hooks to hang anything. No nightstands so we used the 2 kitchen stools. It’s tight w 2 ppl but we made it work and enjoyed our stay. "

"Tranquility and Peaceful. Perfectly located near downtown McCall, and with in walking distance to restaurants. Home was very clean and didn’t smell old or used from the previous renters. Primary bedroom downstairs has a very comfortable bed, and my husband’s bad back enjoyed it. Pantry has basic spices, but no cooking oils besides a jar of coconut oil. The washer and dryer appeared almost brand new. We used up all the tide pods and wish I had brought some. The best part of the property is the privacy from the back deck/yard. Lots of deer and birds to watch. Our kids wanted to live in that house. Five-Stars! "

"The proximity to river-lake-McCall with great views and being off the main 55 corridor was great. Ease of access to Goose Creek/North Payette hiking goodness made for easy to/from hiking/biking. Long nights of stars, cards on the deck and great fire pit action was good family times.The spiral staircase and use of two floor layout was very effective for our team."

"Our family of 10 stayed at the Rustic Retreat for 4 nights and it was great! Places to gather, places to eat, places to play. Two of the showers were the best VRBO showers we've ever had. The third was a good shower but the other two were awesome. The location was fabulous. Not right downtown but close enough to walk. We had deer in the yard! Communication of the hosts was phenomenal. I recommend the Rustic Retreat! "
"Condo was clean and had a great location close to the downtown and albertsons which was extremely convenient. There is two queen beds, two bunk beds, and a pull out couch which you are able to sleep in. Listing was a little confusing on how many people could stay there."
