"The floor in the room was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The iron didn’t work properly — water was leaking onto my clothes while ironing, so I had to change my outfit. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It’s okay for a one-night stay. Communication: I sent two messages a few days before arrival asking about the shuttle service, but never received a reply. So, I called two days before my arrival to ask whether I needed to schedule the shuttle in advance. I was immediately put on hold, and after a few minutes, I was told to expect the shuttle in 30–40 minutes. When I repeated that I was arriving in two days and was only asking about scheduling in advance, the staff member replied that he couldn’t understand my accent and that I should call only after I had arrived and picked up my bags, and hanged up. On the day of my arrival, I called after landing (but before exiting the plane) and waited no more than 5 minutes for the shuttle, so good job on that!"

"Clean room like it . Shuttle transportation was very good and well coordinated. Price just right so close to the airport."

"Room was clean, but very musky. Morning breakfast was not good at all, no milk for cereal, juice machine broken. Vending machine broken, cereal and food all over counter, and this was at 8am, breakfast is until 9am."

"Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly. There were no amenities like the bar nor the hotel provided tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush, like others . The guest around the hotel was loudly playing music late and the front desk attendant was very rude. The pictures that are posted. Looks nothing like the hotel. save your money and don’t come here."

"The hotel had a terrible smell, from the lobby to the elevators and in the room. I had to go buy room spray for my stay. It didn't do much to mask the smell."
