"Hotel was plain and worn. Breakfast was subpar. The only fresh fruit was apples. TV was blaring making it impossible to hold a conversation."

Also, just a small old charcoal grill and no patio or picnic/nice hangout area outside.Rich and his wife were fabulous communicators. "
