"Room had a microwave and that was really nice. Pool and breakfast could’ve been nicer but overall a great and convenient stay. "

"Carpet could have been much cleaner, especially near baseboards where there was a lot of dust and some cobwebs. It had some stains and could have benefitted from shampooing. The curtains had a long black stain on them and they didn't open properly. The bathroom was clean and the air / heat worked well, although very noisy at times."

"I booked this room thru hotels.com. I was quoted a price of $131 for the night. When I arrived the staff member ( very nice man) told me the price was $231 for the night. When I asked why, his response was “ because there are so many events going on in the area and no rooms are available anywhere, they could raise the rate.” I was not happy about this and won’t stay at a Best Western again."

"When I accidentally booked a stay with the inn for the wrong night through a third party. They canceled my nonrefundable stay and rebooked me for the night that I intended. These people believe in customer service and have such a lovely place and made to order breakfast. When going through Mount Vernon again, I will definitely stay with them. Great for cyclists."
