The property was very cute. There were a few things that could have been done like more lighting out back. Oven mitten and more pots and pans in the kitchen.
It seems they are in the middle of a remodel, and there are some unfinished things. I had to buy some basic cleaning supplies. Its a cute little place, not sparkling clean but it isn't messy. I would stay here again, but my initial thoughts when I walked in, I was a bit disappointed.

We were happy to find this rental in a great location with a budget price. We enjoyed walking to eat at some great restaurants and the safe location and good parking availability. The host mostly replied immediately to our questions but did not resolve all the issues nor offer any refund because of them. Our disappointment stemmed from the fact that the online pictures were so wonderful, but in reality the unit was not fully as described. We were also disappointed with the overall lack of cleanliness, such as the stained carpet and obvious dirt on baseboards, etc. Perhaps our expectations were off, but in general, the unit did not provide certain things we’ve come to expect from other stays we’ve had in vacation rentals, such as plenty of bath towels and washcloths, kitchen towels, and soap for the shower. Basic kitchen supplies for heating up food or preparing a simple meal were also not available, such as cutting boards, cooking pots, serving bowls. There was one skillet and one larger cooking pot. The unit was supplied with knives, miscellaneous cooking utensils, glasses dishes, silverware. There were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms or noise machines as described. The bed in one of the bedrooms had a visibly bent frame which resulted in an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The garbage disposal was not in working order and a fan was not provided in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms on this 80-90 degree weekend. We do not plan to stay with this host again.
