Here for a wedding, vacation, sports event or simply business trip/meeting our house is the perfect spot to become your home away from home. This fully remodeled and gut rehabbed sophisticated 2-story home looks out onto beautiful TOWER GROVE PARK and 277 acres of green space right outside the front door. It is within minutes of Missouri Botanical Garden and Forest Park, Wild Carrot banquet hall, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, SLU, Union Station, and several great local restaurants. 5 minutes from Washington University, SLU and affiliated hospitals. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary dining and cooking utensils. Family friendly equipped with a crib, portable crib, car seat, high chair, baby gates, fenced yard, baby monitor and toys. Wedding party friendly with make up vanities, mirrors and hair styling accessories. If anything else needed, we are happy to accommodate when communicated before hand. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Large group family getaway!!

4 family groups (14 total 7 adults and 7 kids) all had a woderful time in this home away from home! Great location for all we wanted to do, plenty of room, just a beautiful home and place!! Thank you for sharing your place!!

The house was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to prep a meal. The house is well decorated and felt very comfortable.

Great for family

The house has great layout and had space for all our family to be together. We came to town to spend Christmas together and it was a perfect house for that. We took advantage of the proximity to Tower Grove Park and the backyard space. It was clean and nicely stocked with anything we could need. We all agree that we will meet there again next time we all come to town at the same time!

Family time!

The family wanted to return to MO over the holidays to reconnect with their extended family. This home was great for the 11 of us. There were plenty of places to spread out and enough beds for all. And when we hosted the extended family on New Years day, it was perfect!!! There were a few questions that came up during our 4 days there and Elena was very quick in answering any question we had. Highly recommend this listing for a large group. One note of caution: all bedrooms are on the second floor and the steps are steep as is typical of many of the old city houses. If the are knee issues, it might be a problem.

We had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at this beautifully renovated home. Elena was an excellent host and was very responsive and attentive. The home was well -appointed and had everything we needed and more for our long stay. Whenever we had a concern or question, they were very responsive and handled it right away. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if we are in the St. Louis area again for work.

The perfect place for my husband and I to get ready for our wedding!

My husband and I picked this place because we had our wedding at the Missouri Botanical Garden. We could not have picked a better place! The location was great since it was close to our venue, the house was big enough to house us AND our parents, and the hosts were great with communication! If I’m remembering correctly, I booked this place a year (or more?) in advance and Elena responded to all my questions quickly. It was so fun to get ready for our wedding here since this house had everything we needed: the space, multiple bathrooms, a keurig, and more! I’m so grateful we found this place and this home now holds such sweet memories from our wedding weekend! Thank you so much!!

Beautiful and comfortable home, great location, great host

We had a terrific time visiting St. Louis for our son's graduation. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We've stayed at many homes, condos, and apartments but have never seen a host anticipate so many small details that make a stay wonderful and fun. Convenient two-car carport with plenty of street parking right in front of the home. Wonderful park across the street. Lots of space to relax, read, talk, and enjoy time with family and friends. Elena was a wonderful host and a great communicator. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to St. Louis. Highly recommended!

Loved it!

Property was clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. We really enjoyed the location. I loved being able to take my early rising seven year old to the park and playground across the street in the morning. My ten year old loved the sleeping nook (hard to see in pictures, up the ladder). My teenagers liked being able to walk around the neighborhood by themselves, the spacious bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. It is an urban area, so if you are sensitive to noise, be forewarned that there was noise from Farmer's Market on Saturday, weekly garbage pickup, and passing cars. It is convenient to Grand Blvd., zoo, and other attractions. We went to Busch Stadium, zoo, City Museum, science museum, and art museum, and drives were all between 5 and 15 minutes. Good, timely host communication. My family already asked when we can come back.

St Louis Visit

My husband and I are an older couple and found the house to be unacceptable for our needs. We did not feel comfortable in the neighborhood, and found it very noisy. Also, the interior staircase was quite steep. As all of the bedrooms were upstairs, we could not avoid them!

Very clean and well kept property. Loved all of the family friendly amenities as we're traveling with younger children. The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to the Tower Grove Farmers market and it was a 10 min drive to Botanical Gardens and the Zoo.
