Great spot for a stay

Great spot for my extended family to stay while in town for a baby shower. House was super clean, very welcoming and perfect for our party of 8. Host was also very quick to respond to my questions. Great stay all around.

Quick walk to Lindenwood

This is the perfect location if attending any LU events. The neighborhood felt very safe and family friendly. Property manager was easy to reach and very responsive.

Quiet & Comfortable

The house is on a quiet street which was much appreciated. It’s a beautifully renovated place with plenty of room and conveniently located to anything we needed. We felt at home which is why we like booking through VRBO. Hosts were very informative and responsive. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Sister weekend trip

Clean and comfortable. Six of us sisters stayed here. Plenty of room to eat together and gather together in one area for conversation and meals and adult beverages. :-) Close to downtown St. Charles.

Wedding get away

This property was an awesome place for our family. The accommodations were perfect for us. It is a very clean and cozy home. It has been nicely remodeled with everything you need to make your stay just like being at home. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood close to downtown. Would highly recommend and would definitely rebook Very easy check in and the owner is very nice.

Nice place for a few days in the greater St Louis area

Overall, house was great. A couple of suggestions would be a night light in bathrooms (for old folks like us) and a binder with instructions, like how to use the various tv remotes, how to operate the washer/dryer (not intuitive), etc. Arrival communication (which I think is through VRBO) had a few hiccups so I had to request info from the host prior to arrival which was supposed to be included in welcome communications...but this was no big deal. House was roomy, comfortable, and pretty well appointed. And...well located for all the things to do.

Bachelor Weekend

Stayed here for a bachelor party weekend with a total of seven guys. This home had plenty of room for all of us to have our own beds. The home was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. We used the grill and the kitchen for only one meal and everything was great and we have all of the utensils and pots we needed to cook. There was plenty of parking in the driveway for all of our cars. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice house near everything in St.Charles

Perfect place for 6

Super impressed by this cute house. We had 3 couples in our party and the two separate living spaces was nice. We also stayed on the hottest weekend ever and the air conditioning worked super well. Communication with the property managers was easy. We ran out of trash bags and they had them instcart within the hour. The water pressure for the showers were amazing and the beds were comfortable enough. We particularly spent a lot of time in the large dining room playing games. Location was great and would have been walkable to Main Street if it wasn’t so hot. Highly recommend!

Large family for graduation

We had 10 adults, 8 from out of town, staying for my kid’s graduation. The house was big enough that we were all very comfortable. There was plenty of space. The teenagers hung out upstairs at night and the adults were downstairs. The set up of the twin bed in each room with the queen didn’t work for us so we used the love seat pull-out and couches. The yard was in need of a good weed wacking but the grill worked great. Overall, we had a great time and I would rent this home again.

Cute home in a great neighborhood.

The house was perfect. There was plenty of space and it was comfortable for our medium to large party. We were in the area for my brothers wedding that was in St. Louis. Even though the house is outside St. Louis we went downtown multiple different days to do different things and the drive was pleasant but we do come a Phoenix and California where traffic there can be miserable. The yard space was great for the kids to play and adults to hang out. We did walk to downtown or old town St. Charles with kids and that was a little much in the heat, but other wise would have been ok. Neighbors were nice and we even spoke to a few, the neighborhood and houses are so cute and and over all really enjoyed our stay.

Highschool Reunion

Overall stay was good. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Proximity to Main St shopping great. House was clean except for pet hair on sectional in living room. We used a lint remover. There was no hot water in upstairs shower. Some wash clothes badly stained. Only hair dryer did not work. (5 women and no one bought a hair dryer)

Great stay, great communication with hosts!

We stayed at this home for seven days recently and it was perfect for our family of 4. Each adult kid had their own room/space and the upstairs bathroom had plenty of privacy with a door between the shower room and sink/toilet area. The back patio cement was being replaced as we arrived but the hosts communicated that with us and the crew that was working was pleasant and stayed out of our way. We had required more TP and paper towel and the host replied promptly and resolved the situation quickly and easily. Only thing I would suggest is providing better kitchen utensils, the baby flipper was hard to flip eggs with 😄 and perhaps a larger frying pan would be nice. We love to cook when we stay at VRBO’s but maybe many don’t. Lastly, the location was ideal for us as our adult daughter attends Lindenwood University so was super close to us. It is also close to the grocery store, Starbucks, and lots of restaurants and Main Street. We would for sure stay here again!
