No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. This is a residential building with permanent neighbours. Bookings from guests residing within 50 miles of the property are not accepted unless approved by the host in advance. Any booking made in violation of this rule will be cancelled.

LIVING SPACE:

Experience true downtown loft living with exposed historic architectural details, tall ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bright, open layout blends modern comfort with industrial character, creating a unique space. The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxing, gathering, or planning your next downtown adventure.

KITCHEN:

Cook, connect, and recharge in the fully stocked kitchen featuring full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and all the essentials for your stay.

SLEEP:

Sleep comfortably in a plush king-size bed, designed for a great night’s rest. The living room sofa comfortably sleeps one additional adult or two children, making the suite ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The sofa bed has blankets, duvet and pillows under the lounger. Please don’t use the couch cushions or pillows to sleep on.

Guests have access to a variety of premium shared amenities throughout the building, including:

Guest Access

Private Apartment: Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Self check-in and check-out are provided through a smart lock for an easy, convenient arrival and departure.

Shared Building Amenities: Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including:

• Fitness Center
• Cold Plunge Wellness Area
• Coffee Bar
• Game Lounge
• Conference & Meeting Spaces

Please note that these amenities are shared with other residents and guests of the building. Access to the amenities is through a key fob located in the unit and if lost or misplaced a $100 replacement cost could be charged to your reservation.

Security & Safety:

Government-Issued ID: Required for all adult guests and collected through the messaging platform.
Guest Verification Screening: Required for the primary booker only and completed through a secure third-party verification platform.
Privacy: Information is used solely for building registration, security, and access purposes.
Failed Screening: If a guest does not pass the required screening, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.
Alertify: Detects excessive noise, smoking, and vaping. Alertify does not record audio.
Front Door Camera: Security camera monitors the front entrance only.
No Cameras Inside: There are no cameras inside the unit.
Wi-Fi Router: Please do not unplug, reset, or tamper with the router.
Tampering: Damage or tampering with these devices may result in additional charges or cancellation.

PARKING: We have paid onsite parking for $17 per night. It is secured outdoor parking located behind our building. If you rather find your own parking don`t hesitate to contact us for more info.

No parties, events, or gatherings. Our building is home to permanent residents, so we have a strict no-party policy. To help protect our neighbors, we generally cannot accept reservations from guests who live within 50 miles of the property unless the stay is approved by the host in advance. If you live within 50 miles, please let us know when booking so we can confirm the purpose of your stay. Reservations that violate this policy may be cancelled.
House Rules

Additional Guests — Prior Approval
Please make sure your reservation includes everyone staying overnight. Unregistered overnight guests may be charged $75 per person, per night.

No Parties or Events
No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. We’re in a residential building with permanent neighbours, so please help us keep things peaceful. Guests who live within 50 miles must receive host approval before booking. Reservations that violate this rule will be cancelled.

Damages
Accidents happen! Just let us know right away if something gets damaged so we can work together on a fair solution.

Cleaning
No need to deep-clean before checkout. If the unit requires excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover, additional charges may apply.

Lost Keys/Fobs
Lost building fobs may result in a replacement charge based on the property`s actual cost.

Quiet Hours — 10 PM–8 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours and be respectful of our neighbours.

Security & Safety
The unit has an Alertify device that detects loud noise, smoking, and vaping. It does not record audio. There is also a security camera at the front door and no cameras inside the unit. Please do not tamper with these devices or the Wi-Fi router, as this may result in additional charges or cancellation.
