This apartment building was built in 1886 by a local soap company and completely renovated in winter 2023.

This fully furnished and newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment is equipped fully for any long or short-term traveler.

This apartment occupies the entire second floor and third floor of a three story building.

Flexible check in and check out. We are often able to accommodate an early check in time (just ask us!) and late check ins are never an issue.

This unit has spacious bedrooms to allow you to relax and spread out, as well as great common spaces where your whole group can relax and spend time together.
Guest access
Free street parking is available to all guests. If no spaces immediately outside the building are available, parking a blocks from the unit may be required.

One smart lock equipped front door allow you access to the unit.

There is one flight of stairs to get up the front door of the unit and then another flight of stairs inside to reach the second floor of the apartment.
Other things to note
Soulard is a neighborhood of St. Louis located immediately south of the downtown area. It is famous for its blues scene, bars with live music alongside casual pizzerias, down-to-earth Southern restaurants and seafood spots serving oysters and crawfish.

Being in the city and with so much going on around it, it can be noisy at times.

Please remember that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Pretty good stay

Location, Location, Location. If you want to explore Soulard, this is the place for you!! Walk to farmers market and many bars and restaurants. The apartment its self was good. The courtyard could use some attention. There were no games as listed and the fence to courtyard needs fixed. The apartment was clean but could tell the floor need a different kind of cleaning agent. They were sticky from a swifter or cleaner or something. We had to wipe the tv down in order to see the screen because it was streaked. The laundry room was a disaster. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and I don’t want to complain but the beds were so HARD, The shower were amazing, good water pressure. My only complaint was we didn’t have a fan as we were told was in the apartment nor did we have any wash cloths. I’d I had known, I would have brought my own, a fan is a must for me.Other than Those minor inconveniences, it was perfect for us to explore and it’s Very close to the stadium!!

Don’t bother. The unit is far nicer inside than the exterior of the property is and it was very clean. But the temperature inside the unit never rose above 63-65 degrees in early November. Rather than instruct us on how to make the thermostat work properly, the property owner or manager tried unsuccessfully to manipulate it remotely. They finally offered to bring room heaters over, but we didn’t want to be disturbed during the late evening. Also bathrooms were not stocked with soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Management company AI phone responder initially said they were supposed to be stocked but later said these “essentials” were not supplied, even though unit profile did not so advise. Furthermore, shower door on nicer/bigger shower is hung improperly so it does not close, leaving water to spill out onto bathroom floor. And door to one bedroom sticks so that the corner of the face of the door is in danger of peeling off. Lone tv in living room appeared unable to get any live tv shows, such as news. Parking is on street only. That said, unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked with contents of cabinets well labeled.
