Cozy 2 bedroom + sleeping are close to Grant's Farm trail & 15 min. to downtown

  • Warm inviting home. Large kitchen is ready for home cooking with: center island, full suite of appliances, & coffee maker. Cozy family/dining room has an expandable table so you can invite friends for dinner. Lower level has a 2nd family room w/ dedicated office space. Nice private backyard for hanging out with patio table. Detached garage for parking. 15 minutes to Wash U, 4 minutes to Grants Farm, & close to hospitals. Quiet area - no parties. Non smoking this includes pot!
