The Space:
The Penny comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and features three private bedrooms, multiple gathering areas, a dedicated game room, and a large second-floor outdoor deck—a rare find in the city.

The sleeping layout works well for families and groups. One bedroom is located on the main floor bedroom with a queen bed, and two more bedrooms are located on the second level. Upstairs there is the primary suite with a king bed, private sitting area, and generous space—ideal for wedding parties or guests getting ready. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. All bedrooms include fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets to ensure a restful stay.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen supports both quick breakfasts and home-cooked meals. A starter supply of essentials is provided so you can settle in comfortably without an immediate store run. Kitchen essentials include a coffee and tea station, bottled water upon arrival, basic seasonings, pots, pans, utensils, and cooking tools, and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and paper towels.

Outdoor Space
One of the home’s standout features is the 400 sq ft partially covered, second-floor deck. It’s a great place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind after a busy day, or spend quiet evenings together—extra space you don’t often find in city homes.
