Very nice and clean hotel. I agree that the quiet rooms are on the 12th floor. We stayed on the 12th floor and did not hear any noise at all from the levels below. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent, but unfortunately the facility is dated and needs to be updated. They offer free drinks and snacks in the evening.But the snacks were a joke. Breakfast has gone downhill.It used to be amazing, but not anymore! I can't say enough how amazing this staff was!

I LOVE this hotel! I can't wait to visit my St. Louis family again just so we go stay here. Our 2 queen suite was extra spacious for our family of 6. I'm from the south, so I do wish the breakfast buffet had grits. Still, they had a variety of good options to choose from. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
