It was very conveniently located and the front desk is staffed 24/7 - which is great if you are arriving late. All staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous.

The staff are amazing!! It was packed but lots of staff refilling towels and such. I saw 2 spills I was going to report and someone was cleaning it up before I could. They are on the ball. Very clean, wall to mall and evening snack enough to be a meal. This will be my go to place. Outlets, casino, easy to find.

Our family of 4 with two teens enjoyed the king suite with the extra room which had a pullout couch. It was nice to be able to watch tv together in the evening on the couch and then have separate spaces with a closed door between our sleeping area and the kids. We all like having our own space when it’s time to go to bed. It was quiet, and I slept well, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The free breakfast is a full spread, and the coffee was better than most hotel coffee. The pool was crowded in the evenings, but we still enjoyed taking a dip. I am glad we decided to stay in Chesterfield instead of in the city. There was a lot to do nearby, and though we did make it into the city one day during our visit, most of the activities we wanted to do were out closer to where we were staying so it made it very convenient. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and the traffic isn’t as bad as it gets closer to downtown. Overall a great place to stay, we would definitely book this hotel again. Great value for the price.

This was an unexpected gem! Hotel was beautiful as was room. We didn’t expect a full dinner when they said we would get complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff was oh so pleasant. Best find ever

Me and my 2 kiddos had a blast during our one night stay. The room as well as the pool was very nice and clean (outside of the hottub but i didnt have really high expectations as im sure there had been multiple people in and out ) The beds were comfy and the view was great from the 7th floor facing the mall. The free snacks and drinks were a great plus. The breakfast buffett was good as well with a nice seating area.

Exceptionally nice property next to a Stoney River Steakhouse. Great complimentary breakfast! Bed was super comfortable. Didn’t use the fitness facility, indoor pool or hot tub but they all looked clean & well maintained.
