The Doubletree Hotel in St. Louis was one the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was an absolute joy. The amenities, the rooms cleanest and the bar was great, as well. The restaurant food was excellent..

Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff.

The convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel was awesome.
Hotel was perfect for what we needed. We got in at midnight and staff was courteous and attentive despite the late arrival. Room was comfortable and clean. We did not partake in breakfast.

The stay wasn’t exceptionally bad but I was a little disappointed in a few things. The wash rags smelled like body odor which was pretty gross and there was an outstanding amount of dust in the bathroom on the light fixtures. The host staff were friendly and the room was decently clean. My biggest complaint is the food. I booked this hotel on looks and because it had a restaurant with breakfast buffet that could be purchased with the room. The food and coffee were terrible! The lobby coffee was undrinkable
We had an amazing stay last night. My husband and I were here for a concert and it was so easy to check in, the room was great and clean, fully stocked, and the bed is sooooo comfy!!! The staff are very nice and we got checked in and out in a timely manner.
Easy checkin and check out. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again. Staff was friendly and gave you a gift bag when checking in. Cookies and water.
The staff were super friendly, even at 1am. There's food options throughout the day, vending machines on every floor. Breakfast can be taken TOGO and same with dining options.
When my wife and arrived at Double tree by Hilton. Our room wall very clean and the roses for my wife were in our room before we checked in as I requested and I really appreciated that. We were given 2 bottles of waters and cookies at the front desk and also Chris, Front Office Manager had also personally left his business
card, 2 additional bottles of waters and took the vase of Roses up to our room himself.
