Delmar Dreams: Boutique Stay by Forest Park!

  • 1st Floor. Clean and modern space minutes from Delmar Loop (The Pageant), WashU, Forest Park, and Central West End. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Metrolink train, restaurants, museums, parks, bars, etc. Our historic neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You will experience all of what the Lou has to offer and more with this central location.

    Great space for work, long-term stay, and a weekend away to enjoy St. Louis festivities.

    We are on-site and usually available to help. =)

A lovely place to stay! We loved the neighborhood, easy parking, walkable to Forest Park and the loop and easy drives everywhere else we went. The kids loved having a ping pong table! The hosts reached out to check in through our stay and make sure everything was going well.

Great location, updated house

The house was in a great location, close to Delmar where we found some yummy food spots. We were always able to get parking in fron of the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The house itself offered everything we needed for our stay. The pool table offered something for the kids to do. The beds were comfy. The furnishings were all updated, but the house still had some of its original 1920s charm.

Historical building with great updated details! Clean, clean, clean! Beds and linens so nice! Everything in working order, kitchen labeled and lighting labeled. It should be noted that parking is on the one way street in front of the unit but this was never an issue. We will stay again!!

This was a great experience! Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by owners. The location is in the heart of all the popular areas. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Relatively close to the places we visited. There were residents upstairs in the unit but they were quiet. Residents living in other houses on the street were friendly and politeOnly suggestion would be to maybe put another comfortable chair in the living room.I would definitely recommend this unit!

Wonderful place, wonderful Hosts

We are unusual guests, as we do nearly all of our cooking. Kieron and Rahel's property had an excellent, well equipped kitchen, with stainless steel pots and all appliances. He was so responsive and helpful, warm and flexible if we needed something. We also really liked the apartment, with all cotton sheets, comfortable beds and pleasing, tasteful decor. And there is a great sun room with a dedicated work space which is excellent. Very peaceful neighborhood with a great Thai restaurant nearby, and an easy to drive to many places!

Recommended St. louis getaway location

Two kids, mom, dad and grandpa had a wonderful trip to St. Louis with this property as a home base and chill zone. We loved how all the downtown / riverfront attractions were so easily accessed with a short car ride and Forest Park with all it has to offer is a couple minutes away by car, accessible by trolley (kid favorite) or even with a walk through some nice older neighborhoods. Tons of excellent eating and take-out options a few minutes walk from the home as well. The property has a lot of old charm, is very clean and had everything we needed for making our morning meals before setting out and relaxing at night after a long day of activity. Hosts communicated well, checked in with us and responded in a timely manner to questions. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
