The outside doesn't look like much and is misleading. Really nice when we got inside! Could use a little landscaping to make it more inviting. Staff was wonderful! Nice accomodations if you are working out of town. Great breakfast too.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and quiet, seems new. Excellent room, no problems. Good breakfast. Close to highway but no noise, close to town. Restaurants nearby. Recommended!

No issues at all, staff were friendly, hotel was clean and quiet, the breakfast was decent with several options to choose from. Short walk to historic Main Street and the beautiful park/walkway along the river. St Charles is lovely.

The staff I did encounter were extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely stay again It was extremely difficult to get the luggage cart into the elevator

The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. The hotel is right next to a highway and located in a strip mall so it’s not in a walkable part of town and the hallways smelled like smoke but other than that everything was great

The vending machine on the 5th floor. All the drinks were not correct. I wanted a Pepsi and an Orange Crush came out. None of the drinks were where they were supposed to be. Other than that it was great

This in an older property kept in good condition. Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Excellent daily breakfast. Excellent location in St. Charles and close to everything. Downside: The furniture inside the rooms (i.e chairs, desk, etc) are very old and needs to be replaced.

My first impression was not good, but at checkout the staff turned that around. She listened to my problems and fixed what she could and ensured what she couldnt right then would be looked into. The guy at check in was def not friendly as check out. He failed to infform us of ANY extra info like wifi, breakfast, that the pool was freezing cold, but at least they had someone there to check us in I guess.

Check in was easy and the agent at counter was friendly and funny. Everyone has been nice and helpful except for 1 agent in the morning working the front desk. But outside of. that I have enjoyed my stay here and felt it was a good value. The hot breakfast was also good too.

Serious cleanliness issues
This place would be a LOT better if they just implemented some sanitation standards. No one is checking these rooms after housekeeping “cleans”. I originally got a room that smelled badly of smoke and the front desk attendant seemed a little put out needing to switch my room so I decided to just deal with the pubic hairs and used shower products. The remote control looked and felt like it had never been sanitized. DONT even get me started on the pool! I was left with a waxy film in my hair AFTER washing it because of how gross the pool was. The staff in the building were very friendly, for the most part, and the breakfast was decent. Just clean the place properly, at the very least!

Ellen, I do apologize that we did not meet your expectations on your resent stay. At the time of your stay the hotel was very busy at the pool area, and I assure you that it was treated and the proper ratings were documented. With heavy swimmers at times it is a struggle. I hope that you will give us another chance to prove we are much better then your experience.

Smokey room with no water pressure!!
I think the property is trying to make a turn around but for us it’s too little too late!! The staff is very nice but our room was extremely dated and smelled awful, like someone smoked several packs of cigarettes the night before in our room!! Also if you’d like a nice hard pressure shower this is not the property for you! I let the staff know but no offer of resolution was rendered.

It was a terrible experience due to the fact that well when my friend and I went to the car to check out she had forgotten to grab her wallet and some other stuff we'll make a long story short she had gotten everything back besides the cash that was inside the wallet and then she got banned from the property due to the fact that she asked for the maid that cleaned our room to see if she had taken it so long story short she got banned because she just wanted her $60 back so be carefull what you leave behind

The belongings was brought down to my office, there was a coat and credit cards, no wallet, but the police report said that the money was loose in the coat pocket. Now your saying it was taken out of her wallet. The housekeeper that cleaned the room and hand carried the belongings down is a 14 year employee with no writeups. I am sorry that she lost her money but we do not have it, nor was it taken by the housekeeper. Yes I put her on the Do Not Rent List because of her actions at the front desk and not adhering to the checkout policy. I did call the housekeeper while the officer was in my office and asked if she had seen any money which she replied she did not.

Standard 3-star hotel with a good breakfast and nice pool. Could use new carpet and a furniture upgrade on the 6th floor. Overall we had a nice stay.
