Not happy and I want my money back
I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site. I was told that my reservation was cancelled without a charge and they gave me a voucher for another booking. Almost a month later and I I receiving a no show charge for the hotel. This is not okay.

My problem was this site
My stay was ok for the price, but booking online cost me to pay twice. Hotels.com has the hotel I stayed at still on its website and they do not honor online booking anymore.

I did not wind up staying at this hotel for several reasons. First & foremost THEY DO NOT HONOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS INCLUDING THOSE MADE HERE!!! I got there & found out they had no reservation for me. Second, the exterior of the hotel is brutal. There’s plywood over several room windows and there are signs all over the office about all the services they do not provide. Third, THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!! The room I was given had a mattress so thin it might as well have been a sleeping bag on boards. The rest of the room was in rather rough shape, the carpet was extremely worn, and the room (despite being a nonsmoking room) reeked of stale cigarettes & spilled beer. Great for a dive bar, but not what I look for in a place to stay. If it was possible, I would give this place negative stars. Thoroughly horrible experience.

Do not book online. This property does not except online bookings. I found out trying to check in. Then spent several hours trying to get someone at Expedia to help me, still not entirely sure it's been resolved since i had prepaid. I finally just went to another hotel to stay. Very stressful night. Call hotel directly or book a different hotel.

Went to the hotel to find out that they do not do online booking even though they are currently listed on Hotels.com. Had to immediately find a local hotel at 10pm at night. Airline companies do not put people in this hotel even though it is close to the airport.

First off, the hotel doesn't even accept online reservations, so do not reserve this hotel through Expedia, because they will charge you for the room and them the hotel will charge you again and refuse the reservation. Second, the room was filthy. The floor turned my feet black when I took my shoes off and walked around. There was no toilet paper, no trash cans, there wasn't even a fitted sheet on the beds, just a comforter and flat sheet with the flattest board for a pillow with a dirty pillowcase. The air conditioner in the room barely worked. And aside from all that, there were multiple windows throughout the entire hotel that were busted out and boarded up. We basically came to it late in the evening, slept for about 6 hours, and left as early as we could. I would not recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel.

We notifed the hotel we would be arriving late due to flight delays. When we arrived at the hotel we were unalble to check in. No one would answer the phone or answer knocks at the door. Had to end up paying for another room at another hotel.

Staff were not helpful and very upset I did an online reservation and that was paid, hotel has rules that are not in Expedia making check-in impossible. Look like a run down hotel, to be in the area it was located I was expecting more. Will not recommend to anyone due to the experience I had.

Stay away!!
The room was not cleaned. No fitted sheets...floors weren't swept....underwear hanging on the back of the bathroom door....dirty washcloth balled up in the shower...TV didn't work...no microwave....no fridge.....all this for $70. Why did i stay?....because after driving 14 hours through 2 states i was too tired to complain and just needed rest!

Not worth it.
The motel is run down, gross, and not worth the money to be honest. I asked for a pillow I never got, the tub was so nasty we couldn't even shower. There was still peenin front of the toilet. The bed was pretty gross. I definitely would not stay here again.

It was a really bad hotel. Very annoying and the room was very messy and dirty. I couldn't stay there for a minute. Immediately i asked front desk for refund and I went to other hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay or reserve there

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!
Business trip 2 hrs outside of STL. Headed home and needed a room for 10 hours until time for my flight. I should have known better when the person that checked me in made it a point to tell me that I can smoke in the room as long as it was not cigarettes. Then they told me to take all my valuables into my room. At this point, I was tired and just wanted to get home, so I went to the room. Didn't look that bad but DEFINITELY NOT like the pictures. The final straw was at an hour in, with all the lights on, a roach strolled across my foot!!!! I headed to the desk to get my money back and check out but she told me I had been in the room to long. You get what you pay for but WOW!

seeing is believing
The room was dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down. The hardwired smoke detector was gone and the wires were hanging from the ceiling. There was exposed wiring hanging out of the wall where a plug should have been. The bathtub didn’t drain, the toilet leaked at the bottom straight to the floor. The room was originally booked as 1 king sized bed but when I arrived all the had was a 2 queen room. The bedding had burn holes all through out. The t.v didn’t work and neither did the wifi. The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk attendant locked HIMSELF out of the office and couldn’t get inside for 10 hrs. He knocked on all the 2nd floor doors overnight looking for a house keeper who supposedly lived in one of the units. So yea a terrible trip.
