Das Personal war überaus freundlich, und als wir zusätzliche Handtücher benötigten (wir blieben drei Nächte), wurden diese sofort gebracht, ohne dass es uns Umstände bereitete. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und blitzsauber. Die Holzböden verliehen dem Raum eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre. Außerdem gab es eine tolle kleine Küchenzeile! Dadurch konnten wir uns Restaurantbesuche sparen, was sich während unserer dreieinhalb Tage sonst summiert hätte. Jeden Morgen konnten wir uns auf dem Weg nach draußen noch Kaffee und Muffins holen. Extended Stay America ist definitiv die beste Wahl für einen Kurzurlaub.

Sicher, es hielten sich ein paar zwielichtige Gestalten vor dem Hotel auf, aber die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unglaublich freundlich, professionell und wirklich nett. Ihr exzellenter Kundenservice hat mich dazu bewogen, in Zukunft wiederzukommen. Das Hotelzimmer war makellos sauber, und auch die Wäschereieinrichtungen waren gut gepflegt.
