Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. I booked this hotel not realizing I had stayed here years ago. The staff is amazing, cant say enough great things about them. Love the extras like the happy hours.
