This was the worst stay. Except for the morning breakfast which was amazing other condition of the hotel was not good. The hotel is in great location. At the reception there is a guy quiet young who was rude. The old guy was nice and respectfull. We were given a room which was interconnected to another room and it was quiet noisy. After we complained we were given a different room. The rooms does not look like how you see in picture we were disappointed. The only good part was the morning breakfast and the service provided by people in morning breakfast.

Stay here as it’s genuinely great

Fantastic! Inside pool was particularly great (used it to avoid sun) and the breakfast had cooked food as well as continental. Previous reviewers seemed to have had a different experience to us as we were really impressed with food on offer. Have travelled the world and stayed in so many hotels and this place is up there with many. Whole holiday 10/10. Malta is wonderful.

Dieses Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Es wird viel auf den Bildern getrickst beziehungsweise bewusst weggelassen. Der Zustand der Zimmer, der Pools und des Fitnessraums ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist ein Roulettspiel, um die nächste Lebensmittelvergiftung und die Getränke ungenießbar. Ein eigenes Outfit empfiehlt sich für das Frühstück, da man danach ekelhaft stinkt. Es stehen nicht wie beschrieben Parkplätzen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten Glück in der Nähe auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu parken. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und sichtlich genervt, wenn man mit ihm reden möchte. Der Check-In ist nicht wie angegeben ab 14 Uhr sondern erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Dies wurde uns auch deutlich klar gemacht. Das Zimmer war veraltet und nicht wirklich sauber. Überall waren Vorhänge und Bettwäsche verfleckt. Der Rest war nicht ersichtlich ob er abgenutzt und veraltet ist oder nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Es ist sehr Laut im Zimmer durch die Klimaanlage und den Kühlschrank, sowie das Geschrei und die Musik von draußen. Im Hotel waren nur Betrunkene unterwegs die Abends und Nachts durch die Gänge grölten. Man kann sich auf dem Balkon aussperren, da die Tür nur von innen zu öffnen ist. An der Rezeption hieb keiner ab und unsere weiteren Anrufe wurden gekonnt direkt weggedrückt. Erst ein Passant hat auf unser Rufe reagiert und die Rezeption dazu bewegt uns wieder reinzulassen. Jeder der dort übernachtet, sollte sein Geld wieder zurückbekommen.

L’hébergement n’est pas très propre, (la terrasse complètement sale), l’intérieur est poussiéreux il ne vaut pas ses 3 étoiles et les photos ne sont pas toutes conformes. L’environnement est très bruyants, et le personnel ne réagit pas concernant les tapages de certains résidents. Quelques points positifs sont à noter, le sauna et la piscine intérieur sont conformes à la description et l’hôtel est bien desservi.

Vi var der sidst i December, da hang pris og kvalitet sammen. (Hyggeligt pyntet til jul) Udmærket hotel, værelserne var fine, pæne rene, nye håndklæder, rengøring hver dag. Kvaliteten af morgenmad, stor buffet hver morgen, med alt hvad der høre til, og rigeligt af det. Personalet meget services mindet, smilende og hjælpsomme uanset tidspunkt på dagen. Det eneste minus var, man ikke kunne spise på hotellet om aftenen.

Points positifs: bon emplacement pour faire la fête, commerces à proximité et bien desservi par les transports. En revanche, bcp plus de points négatifs: propreté qui laisse vrmt à désirer (cafard dans notre première chambre, moisissure dans la sdb, meubles usés), petit déjeuner redondant et de qualité très moyenne, personnel aimable une fois sur deux, bcp de jeunes bruyants, une piscine ridicule quand on voit le nb de chambres, la clim très bruyante, salle de sport avec une machine sur deux qui ne fonctionne pas (y compris la clim)… En conclusion: vous pouvez trouver mieux.

受付スタッフやハウスクリーニングの方は親切でありがたいのですが、ホテルの設備がかなり古いです。とりあえずエレベーター作動が異常。朝食ビュッフェのスタッフにいちいち声をかけないと食べたいウィンナーやフルーツなどがとれないシステムも鬱陶しいです。部屋内も全体的に辛気臭いイメージ。ナイトアウトの目的でしたら立地は良いと思います。こちらに滞在する前にスリマ近く、グジラ街のホテルに宿泊しましたが移動したことを後悔しました。街の雰囲気のせいか客層も変わってる人が多い印象。荒んでいる。（フロント、朝食ブュッフェ、エレベーター内で遭遇）工事中のところも多くホテル周辺も汚くて病みます。同じ位の金額で泊まったホテルをここに書きたい位です。リピは絶対なし。

l' albergo dispone di un' ottima offerta qualità prezzo.. sicuramente il punto forte sono la piscina interna e la jacuzzi idromassaggio. La pulizia delle camere niente da dire eccellente. La colazione era varia forse ma per i miei gusti un pò troppo salato rispetto al dolce. L' unica nota dolente che avendo pernottato venerdi e sabato e la camera dando sulla strada forse vi era un pò troppa movida avendo diversi locali davanti e accanto.

Pur avendo precisato la richiesta sul letto matrimoniale è stata assegnata camera con letti singoli separati successivamente cambiata.Pulizia e cambio asciugamani non sempre avvenuto e quando veniva fatto era come se non avvenisse ugualmente,perdita per l'aria condizionata se pur poi riparata e saltava la corrente con l'uso del phone... Per il resto l'unico lato positivo la posizione.

Forfærdeligt hotel.

Brandalarmer gentagende gange om natten, men personalet bad os bare om at gå op på værelset for at vente mens de tjekkede om der var brand. Derudover er det ikke et røgfrit hotel, som hotellet udtaler. I morgenmaden fandt vi hår i maden og virkelig dårlig service. Vi endte med at skifte hotel, da vi ikke kunne holde stedet ud til sidst. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel til nogen
