Etablissement très bien situé (proche des activités, des transports en commun et face à la plage). Manque quelques couverts de plus et des torchons pour la vaisselle. Personnel d'accueil très sympa ! Excellent séjour !

Die Unterkunft hat zu unrecht schlechte Bewertungen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr groß und es wird täglich wirklich gut geputzt. Malta ist auch sonst kein putzteufelland, also im Rahmen dessen was ich auch in Privathäusern gesehen habe, ist Nula gut. Der Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer auf eine Hinterhofwand war nicht atemberaubend, aber dafür hat Nula eine super Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen im zweiten Stock.Und trotz der Nähe zu Paceville ist es ruhig

Aucune réponses à mes messages avant l’arrivée, Abritel m’a conseillé de me rendre sur place. Une fois arrivée, l’appartement ne ressemblait en rien au photos de l’annonce, un grand lit confortable le second couchage était un canapé lit sordide matelas ultra fin, impossible pour deux personnes. Sale et hyper Brouillant car au-dessus d’un bar de nuit la musique à block jusqu’à 4h30bref à fuir de toute urgence

Top Appartements neben einem tollen Strand!

Bestes Appartement in der bestmöglichen Lage in St. Julians. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre mit vielen Extras. Uns wurde kein einziger Wunsch verwehrt, egal worum es ging. Selbst der Cleaner namens Viktor hatte für uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem alltäglichen Leben auf der Insel.

De locatie was zeer goed. De kamer was groot en in propere staat. Het toilet werkte niet goed, toen we aankwamen spoelde het niet door, na het melden aan de receptie was er niets aan gedaan. Het bestek klopte niet met de hoeveelheid gasten op de kamer

L'unica nota positiva di questa struttura è la posizione e la navetta aereoportuale. Il resto un inferno. Appena arrivati l'appartamento è risultato sporco e puzzolente. L'aria condizionata non funzionava. Il lavandino della cucina perdeva acqua, un lago proprio. La doccia idem, ogni volta finita, in bagno c'era il lago. Le formiche entravano da ovunque. Dopo aver presentato i problemi al personale, il giorno dopo tornava tutto come prima. Il condizionatore ci è stato sostituito con un ventilatore, che con 33 gradi, potete capire l'inferno che avevamo in stanza. Un disastro. Mai più.

The Appartment is very good situated. I think is very good for young people. Also a small beach is near the appartment with good restaurant near. The stuff is very friendly! There were many ants in our appartment which is very bad! The air conditioner was working well but a strange smell came out. For the money you have to pay, it's fine.

Vacanza rovinata

La posizione di questo appartamento è ottima.. Cosa non va'? La pulizia non è delle migliori, ci siamo ritrovati box doccia rotto, doccia otturate,lampadine fulminate nella stanza, formiche in tutto l'appartamento.. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata, essere derubati in piena notte mentre che dormivamo.. Risultato : 2 cellulari rubati ed un profumo,ritenendomi fortunato di non aver ricevuto altri furti (carte di credito o contanti) e di raccontare la disfatta di questa vacanza... Dove è la tutela della sicurezza e della privacy dei clienti??? Ringrazio Matea la receptionist che si è mostrata gentilissima, pronta ad aiutarci accompagnandoci anche in polizia... Ha cercato di aiutarci e di metterci nelle migliori condizioni a continuare questa vacanza...

Peggior esperienza di sempre

La peggior esperienza come appartamento vacanza mia avuta, dopo almeno 20 anni di viaggi. Muffa sui muri e conseguente odore nella stanza, situata al secondo piano senza ascensore. Materasso oltre l’usura nel letto matrimoniale. Richiesta una culla al momento della prenotazione vengono ignorati tutti i messaggi mandati per ricordare la richiesta. Nessuno risponde al telefono. All’arrivo la culla viene rimpiazzata con un lettino da campeggio, che andrebbe bene, ma è senza materasso. Non viene offerta nessuna sostituzione. Il luogo è sporco e obsoleto, nulla a che vedere con le foto che si vedono sull’annuncio. Essendo tardi chiediamo un rimborso e ce ne andiamo alla ricerca di un posto dove mia figlia di 1 anno non debba dormire senza materasso. Il rimborso viene negato. Pessimo servizio, nessuna comunicazione, orribile la condizione igienica. Situato in un posto rumoroso accanto a un lido con musica a tutto volume fino a tarda notte. Scortesia garantita.

We stayed at apartment room #18 (2nd floor Ocean view) from 5/23/2019 thru 5/29/2019. The biggest problem and the severe security issue was that our hotel room door lock was broken for most of the time we were there, we couldn't lock the door at all even at night when we were sleeping. And we had to bring our valuables daily to the front desk to have them stored, and retrieve them nightly when we get back to the hotel. There are many other small repairs needed when we checked in on 5/23: Towel bar was detached and placed on the bathroom window still; Shower door handle was broken, specifically, the lower screw was missing; Bathroom sink was clogged, water accumulated instantly and drained away slowly; Shower drain was clogged, water accumulated instantly and drained away slowly; Toilet doesn’t flush all the way, we had to force the water flow manually with the toilet brush. These small repairs were nothing, compare to the door lock problem that we had to deal with. The worst nightmare was that our hotel room door key (the physical metal door key) got stuck in the door key hole the second day early in the morning as we were leaving to see the city, and the hotel couldn't get the door lock fixed for the next few days and we couldn't lock our room for almost the rest of our stay until the night before we checked out. We asked the hotel to move us to a comparable room with an operational door lock, but only a "smoking room with no view" available and that was our only choice.

Purtroppo ho trovato lenzuola usurate non piú bianche e non stirate, anzi stropicciate. Me le hanno cambiate, ma erano uguali. Forniscono un unico asciugamano a persona e ció é poco igienico. La mia stanza era in un altro edificio su una viuzza laterale isolata. L'appartamento era stato ristrutturato da poco, ma aveva il soffitto con le canaline elettriche in vista. Lo scarico del bagno faceva uscire soli un piccolo getto di acqua per ogni azionamento della manovella. Non c'ė neanche un armadio, ma solo un appendiabiti a vista. Nota positiva la disponibilitá e la simpatia della receptionist croata che parlava benissimo l'italiano e ci ha dato info utili sulla zona.
