The hotel is old and decrepit … the rooms are old, beds uncomfortable and the gardens are not attended to. The breakfasts are awful, with canned fruits and scrambled eggs that can bounce off the floor… bacon is overcooked … it’s a mess… and the hotel is run-down

I stayed at this hotel from the 8th September to 17th September 2025 with my sister. We didn’t realise it was going to be on the busy strip, however that didn’t bother us as we was there for an event. I really liked the area, as we was local to the shopping centre and local restaurants. We also got to explore the area and we felt really safe during our trip. I really like our hotel, our room was spacious. It had enough space for all our belongings and only critique I would have is there was no mini fridge which I do like to have in my hotel room when I’m travelling. In some parts of the hotel, it could be refurbished and redecorated however, overall it’s a really decent hotel for the price we paid, I would recommend this hotel only if you are going to an event as there isn’t much facilities in the hotel for you to do.

A great location for shopping, buses, places to eat and nightlife. Across the road from the beach. Pleasant hotel and helpful staff. Lovely garden areas. Room was clean and housekeeping every day. Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Rooms in block B & C are silent, but block A is very nosy because of the bars outside. Old rooms but clean & very big. Good breakfast and very nice pool!

Outdated and needs renovation

Really basic standards. Not the cleanest hotel. The walls need replastering and painting. The wardrobe was broken and it was not secured to the wall so everytime we opened the doors the entire wardrobe tipped forward to fall over. No safe inside the room or tea/coffee facilities.

It’s an okay place for budget travellers, however I wouldn’t recommend for someone hoping for a luxurious stay. The rooms are clean although could do with some painting on the walls due to stains, and it’s very noisy at night because of the clubs near by. Perfect air conditioning.

It was at a perfect location . The bus stations too close.. the mall nearby you could eat anytime you wanted. The truth is that it was a little bit noisy neighbour because of the bars. Beautiful pool. The room too old but clean enough with no refrigerator

Positives: * The staff were excellent and friendly and they spoke perfect English * located right by all the bars and nightclubs and in the heart of this party town 5* * big room * sky news in my room was nice Negatives: * it’s a hotel for young party people * I put my plug into the socket upon arrival and got an electric shock but a member of staff came the next day to fix it

There was mold on the walls, the door was coming off the hinges, stains everywhere. Wasn't a safe environment and we both a coughs which is probably from the damp inside the rooms. Rooms look nothing like the photos in the pictures.

Mould on the walls in the room. Infested flies in the room. Lamp in room was falling off the wall. Leaving electrics exposed. We opened the curtain and there were wires hanging down exposed. Hotel cleaner with blondish hair was rude. We stayed for 15 minutes before checking out.

Too loud...

Having the pool onsite is great, but the staff are not particularly friendly and even with the do not disturb sign on the door would daily try and open our room at 8.30/9am... too early for a holiday. The place is generally a bit worn and dated and could use a lick of paint but was fine for what we needed and as the cost was cheap it was fine. The main issue is that it is extremely loud and noisy. You can hear everyone and everything that is said in the room next door which is awful. If you're going to book here take ear plugs.

Awfull cleaning . The staff is not nice, never smile and don't even take their eyes of the computer when you walk in . Very old and dirty . Breakfast is not good and the tables are always sticky and dirty . The music from the near-by night club is crazy loud until 4 am in the morning. It is not a three star hotel at all . Do not recommend to anyone.

L’hébergement est très sale. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et après la 1ere nuit, nous avons pris un autre hébergement. La chambre est sale, des touffes de poils ont été retrouvées sur le sol, des fourmis pleins la salle de bain, les draps sont tachés. Le matin, pour le petit déjeuner, des cafards courraient entre les plats et le sol était sale du repas de la veille.

Séjour agréable, bel hôtel composé de belles chambres et d’une superbe piscine Néanmoins la literie est mauvaise, matelas à ressorts assez anciens je présume et pas d’insonorisation, les femmes de ménage sont très bruyantes à partir de 6h/7h le matin dans les couloirs, pas l’idéal lorsque l’on souhaite dormir un peu

The staff made the stay even better! They were excellent, from cleaners, receptionist and restaurant staff all lovely and made the stay so much better. The hotel was a little run down and the water pressure in my room was terrible but other than that I enjoyed my stay.
