"We had a fantastic stay! The owner checked with us after arrival to make sure everything was good and that we knew how to get in touch if needed. Everything was clean, plenty of pots/pans/etc to cook with in the kitchen for our holiday stay, and comfy beds. It is located close to downtown, which was perfect. They supplied dog bowls, toys, shampoo, and bags. The yard is fenced, which is great for the pups. Do note that the yard is shared with the other half of the duplex, but we had no problems with that. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"Great property! Perfect for a large family or group. Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We ended up washing all the sheets, sweeping all the floors and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen after we checked in. The WiFi stopped working on the last day. All was communicated to the owner but got no response on the WiFi issue. The owner offered to send the cleaning crew again the next day but we had already cleaned everything so it was not needed. "

"We were familiar with Port St Joe so easily recognized how great the location of this cottage was for our activities. Reid street where many of the restaurants and stores is an easy walk and the roads to the beaches are a block away. There is also a Port City path nearby for walkers, runners, and non-motorized bikes, etc. It's in a well traveled neighborhood with nice parking on the side of the house. The inside of the home was cozy for us and met our needs well. As reflected in the documentation, it is pet and children friendly but not necessarily proofed, so recommend checking yard out for pet. Though fenced, there are some small gaps possibly created by recent storm activity and simply living adjacent to Gulf Coast (we experience the same at our own home). Our host was easy to communicate with provided needed information. WiFi worked well. We would easily stay here again. "

"I really like that it had a fenced yard for the dogs. It was nice to have a pool. I never got in but my son and his girlfriend did. It was clean and I’m pretty picky. A lot of places I have to do some cleaning before I feel comfortable. It was close to the restaurants and stores. We drove over to Cape San Blas to go to the ocean. It was a really nice place overall. "
