"Conveniently located near the business district area of Springfield and centrally located not far from some of the major sights of Springfield, this hotel is an ideal place to stay while visiting Springfield. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the beds and pillows were softer than what I prefer but they were adequate. The amenities were good for the rate. They have a small fitness center which was adequate for my need. The complimentary breakfast had a decent variety to choose from. The customer service was good. My only issue was the room AC/ Heater control. When on heat setting, even at a low temp, the room got pretty hot. So the thermostat needed to be on Cool at a high temperature. Other than, no issues and I would stay here again. "

My room was in an area that felt safe with ample staff around until I was safely in my room. This is important for older females traveling alone and I appreciate it. There were shops nearby but I did not utilize them as I was in the area for a conference. "
