"Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. "The rooms were clean, it was nice having a microwave in the room. The hotel is quiet, at least it was for us on the 5th floor. Staff were very friendly. It was easy to check in after 12am. Made our trip to St John’s even better! Would recommend staying here. Thank you!"
