We are proud to offer you a professionally designed and decorated one bedroom suite in the heart of Cruz Bay. Our condo features hotel quality furnishings and all the amenities expected at a top class resort but with an added sense of privacy. The eat-on deck features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and islands as well as the mountainside, town, and harbor of the island. We can have a local greeter meet you at the ferry dock, accompany you to the resort, and answer any questions you may have about the beautiful island of St. John.

The resort features traditional European and Caribbean architecture and modern amenities including a workout room, swimming pool, hot tub, and extra large pool deck with ocean views. The location of the resort is unparalleled on the island. You will be located only a hundred yards from the quaint Cruz Bay town with its many restaurants and shops. Your immediate vicinity will allow access to many exciting and relaxing activities including fishing, sailing, scuba diving, spas, and day trips to neighboring islands. You can hike to the most beautiful beaches, hire a taxi, or rent a car to explore the island.

This rental may have a parking space available on a first come, first serve basis and is only available with the rental of our Jeep Wrangler 4DR, contact us to check availability of the vehicle and a reserved parking space. If you already have a vehicle the property manager will make every attempt to provide a parking space but it is not guaranteed without the rental of our vehicle. There are additional parking options in town close by if you rent a vehicle somewhere else and parking is needed. Video can be provided to show you the locations.

Great location

Anyone looking to stay in St. John should consider this condo first. The unit is in excellent condition and has everything you need . The location is perfect as you are able to walk to everything in town. Would stay here again should we go back to St. John.

This property is across the street from clear waters and centrally located in Cruz Bay. The villa has avail all the beach needs… snorkels, chairs, floats and coolers. The unit is updated, clean and comfortable w a king bed and fold out full mattress in living room. Views are stunning from balcony with grill and table/chairs. Laundry in unit is an added bonus!

This unit is amazing!!

We always love to stay at Grande Bay as it is so close to town we never rent a car and just walk or take a cab where we want to go. This unit has obviously been recently remodeled and blew us away with its modern touches and amazing balcony views. Would highly recommend Grande Bay and Livin' the Dream!

Excellent location in St John!

This is a very nice unit in a fabulous location a few minutes walk from downtown Cruz Bay. Despite that it is very quiet, esp since the bedroom faces the back. The condo is modern and comfortable, having had a recent renovation. We definitely enjoyed our stay (though too short). The property manager was very responsive though, with some information coming from the owner and some from the property manager, it was a little hard to find things in email or know who exactly to contact at times. But once that was figured out it was very smooth. Be prepared for fairly tight parking in the garage and the very steep hills on St John.

Excellent Stay in St. John!

We had a great stay at Livin' The Dream. The location is fantastic and is a quick walk to downtown Cruz Bay. We walked to dinner each night and did some shopping in the afternoons. We rented a jeep directly from the property and they made the process so easy. The murphy bed in the living room was perfect for 2 of us and we still had plenty of space.
