St James's Church Tours and Activities

Great location and clean rooms

For starts, check-in was n9t clearly marked. No wonder, there were at least three options, none obvious at least to me. Staff sent me down the block to catch a cab that they booked for me. Gave me the wrong registration number, which added to the inconvenience. Tried to do it again when I checked out. I cancelled that one, painfully dragged my luggage to the square. No staff member offered to assist me, even down the stairs to street level from reception. Other inconveniences, too numerous to address. Checked out early, forfeiting several nights just to get out.
