"Parking was easy and lot was pretty empty, check-in clerk was nice but the front desk was never really manned and you have to ring a door bell (which no one ever came when I tried to check out). Hotel was pretty sparse, and things very dilapidated and broken. The towels were terrible in my room, dirty, highly used and had the housekeepers hair (I’m assuming) on them. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and weed, and many questionable loiterers outside upon leaving or arriving."

"Room was very clean. The bathroom was great. It is a very newly built hotel so our room didn't have a tub. It had a nice roomy shower that was a taller height. Hotel allows dogs which is nice. Close to Alfred State. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. "
