St. Jacobs Country Playhouse Tours and Activities

Our rooms were great. We had a lot of space and my daughter loved the sliding door to partition off her own room with the pull out couch. The fridge was a good size. The rain shower head was great. Everything was clean and in good condition. My boys enjoyed the pool. I appreciated free parking on site. The only downside was the blackout curtains were installed in such a way that it was impossible to ac to spot black out the room. I was able to stack the couch cushions up against the one side to block a lot of the light so it wasn’t as bright with the sunrise every morning. Overall I would definitely stay here again if I am back. We were happy with our rooms and all of the staff that we came across was very friendly.

We arrived and they had given away our prepaid room to someone else. We paid for a king size trackview room and were given a double queen parking lot view. No apology and no effort to sort out the mistake either. In our room, someone prior had used extra blankets and balled them up and put them in the closet. They were not laundered or folded when we got our room. Question the thoroughness of the cleaning of the room when we found this. However, the rest of the room was clean and the pool and pool area were quite clean as well.
