"Friendly staff, nice hot cooked breakfast, each item of breakfast food chosen from a menu, coffee very luke warm unfortunately, hotel clean, one small incident while we stayed but receptionist sorted it out straight away with understanding and courteous. The porter could have been a little more courteous and a little less grumpy but this didn't apply to the rest of the staff, they were kind and helpful."

"This is my fourth stay at the Ibis over the Xmas time. New mattress this year which made for a wonderful sleep. The staff are always very welcoming and a hearty breakfast was provided. Thank you. I’ll be back!"
