Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2 with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) with separate WC. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo)). Shower. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
