When I arrived an older staff member noticed I was having a little trouble with my bag and came down the entry stairs and carried it to the front desk for me. The staff were friendly and polite and it was clean throughout. And I have to say that the capriccio at the coffee shop was the best."

"The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents."
