Welcome to Seanorita - A 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home that sleeps 8! This home, located just steps away from the beach, features a well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops & updated appliances, furniture, decor, and bedding throughout the home. A large, screened-in porch with amazing Gulf views, a table for outdoor dining, and a porch swing await you! Enjoy stunning sunset bay views from the back deck as well! The downstairs features a 6 person hot tub, rec room with a 65" TV, foosball table, and a retro arcade game with 8 different games! In addition, Seanorita has an electric vehicle charger, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, firepit, and outdoor seating, and is walkable to downtown restaurants and shops!

BEDS: 2 queens, 2 single bunk beds (4 singles).

AMENITIES:High-speed internet, multiple smart TVs, porch swing, well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, gas stove, washer and dryer. The downstairs features a 6 person hot tub, rec room with a 65-inch TV, foosball table and mid-size arcade game with 8 games and multiple couches. An electric vehicle charger, charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station, gravel sitting area with firepit, concrete parking under the house and plenty of additional parking at gravel driveway. Walkable to downtown restaurants and shops!

Pet Friendly (2 Dogs only under 50lbs. A $75 non-refundable pet fee is required per dog)

St George Stay

Location and access to the beach are great. Property was a little out dated and some fixtures need to be fixed. The 5 o’clock checkin also was not a 5 o’clock checkin. They said it could be between 5-7 when I called . As long as you don’t mind a LATE checkin it’s a great place to stay

Cold but Sweet 16th Birthday

We took my daughter and a few of her friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. Seanorita was a bit tighter on interior space than we anticipated, but the exterior amenities, i.e. fire pit, screened porch, hot tub, sitting area, and game room made up for it. The game room, however, smelled really musty and the teens freaked on finding lizards and a cockroach in there. The weather was rather chilly during our Spring Break, so the hot tub was much appreciated! We enjoyed the record player, great selection of records, and the few games, too! The interior was well decorated, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and all worked well. The fold-down couch is really only large enough for two small children or one teen or adult and is not ideal for a full week of sleeping. A television with streaming apps in the living room and bunk room would be great for those days when rain forces all to retreat inside to do their own thing. The only things missing in the kitchen was a cake pan and muffin tins for the birthday celebration. We left our purchased muffin tins for the next guests, though. Overall, we would stay here again with no more than 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). The views of the water from the screened porch, proximity to beach and town center, and the house amenities made it worth it!
