SHE SELLS SEASHELLS has been recently updated and ready for your family! The name is a play on an old tongue twister, but you will be absolutely speechless over the fabulous new furniture, bedding and decor throughout. This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The top level is the main living area with an open-concept living and dining room with loads of windows to take in the stunning views. The space has a large TV, comfortable seating and a new dining table with seating for eight. The updated kitchen has lovely white cabinets, quartz countertops, attached bar area with four barstools. Another full bath is located right across from the kitchen area. The top level has two Master beach facing suites, one Master has one King bed, private bathroom and direct access to the beachside sun deck. The other Master bedroom has 2 king beds, private bathroom and access to the beachside sun deck as well. The lovely sun decks abound with comfortable seating and afford some amazing and expansive views of the beach and Gulf Of Mexico. Downstairs has two lovely guest bedrooms, one with one double/single bunk bed and the other with two queen beds. A shared bathroom, laundry room and a middle game area with a large wall-mounted TV and dining table with seating for six. Out the sliding doors takes you to the under house area abundant comfortable seating and swing, make this a fabulous extended living space! The private pool boasts a large sun deck and separate pergola with swing and seating. A fenced-in dog run is also attached. We would stay again!

We would stay here again. I don’t think there is a bad location anywhere on St. George, but you can’t beat beachfront. The house has a great layout. The downstairs was perfect for the teenagers… their cocoon of tv, video games and darkness. Upstairs has an open floor plan with plenty of seats for those afternoon naps. There are only a couple things that I would say to be away of… one being no fault to the house or the owners, it’s not handicap friendly. My father had a stroke before the trip, the stairs were hard for him and the doorways were not large enough for a wheelchair. We chose to stay with this house even though and give it a try. Second thing to mention is just normal wear and tear, the stairs outside both front and back need some TLC along with the sliding glass doors. Even with those two things, it’s a great house, great location, and great communication from the management .
