Welcome to Mimi's Beach Cottage

Two bedroom two bath home located right on the beach. This home has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, deck overlooking the gulf and an outdoor grill. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we love Mimi's and it's location and have stayed many times. It does however need some minor updating. The internal and external doors need replacing. A nicer set of kitchen non-stick skillets would be nice. It would also be nice if some of the windows in the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom had screens. The weather in the spring and fall is very nice and the house could use some fresh air. The new back porch furniture is very nice and comfortable. Some of the boards to the water need to be replaced. The house is not much to look at from the street, but wouldn't take much to make it more inviting. We love the fact that it is a ground level home due to health issues.

We did go out to eat a few times and enjoyed oysters from Lynn's and Paddy's and the best pizza form BJ's Pizza. The TV is a little hard to operate for these old folks, but being at the beach who needs it! And we must say the colorful chairs on the porch were a big improvement.

Perfect Small Beach Home!

This year there were only 3 of us and we rented this 2 bedroom home right on the beach. Even though there are only 2 bedrooms the house has a ton of space and a beautiful view. Other reviews mention the lack of deck chairs but that has been remedied and replaced with gorgeous Adirondack chairs and rockers. We needed a few things and Suncoast was very quick to respond! We have already booked for next year!

Old Florida Charm

The ocean is your back yard and it’s a nice fairly flat walk to the water. Nice new deck and boardwalk with great outdoor furniture. We liked it so much we went ahead and booked another stay. The location is great. Short distance to restaurants, etc. in a golf cart acceptable area. Overall a great little place with great people.
