Fantastic sunsets and Bay view, beautiful lawn with trees and sandy beach. Two living areas, vaulted ceilings and large master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Dock with boat slip and sitting area.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, two living areas, washer and dryer, hardwood floors throughout, carpet in bedrooms, Master bath has jetted tub, spacious and well equipped kitchen, large screened porch and sun decks overlooking Apalachicola Bay. Private dock, boat slip, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning sink and under house concrete parking.
