This 3BR/2.5BA Bayview bungalow is dog-friendly, allowing up to 2 medium-size dogs OR 1 large dog with advance approval for a $150 pet fee.
Situated beside ANERR Unit 4, a designated public park, there are no homes between you and the Apalachicola Bay! Relax into views of tidal lagoons along our natural shoreline and observe nearby nesting eagles and other wildlife, all surrounded by lush vegetation in your own private oasis.
Enter thru the furnished, screened-in porch and into the open living area, offering a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, natural lighting and access to the furnished, covered deck overlooking the driveway. The living room includes a streaming TV and work desk. Just past the dining table and laundry closet is a hall bathroom with combination tub/shower and Bay views. This bathroom is flanked by two Queen Bedrooms, each opening onto either the screened-in porch or covered deck.
Upstairs is the King master suite featuring a Gulfside balcony with porch swing and peek-a-boo Gulf view, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with garden tub, walk-in shower and Bay views.
Outdoors, enjoy your own private, screened-in swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by palms and pines. With a fully fenced-in yard and room to park your boat, the property is a hidden paradise! The shaded carport is a respite from the sun or any rainy days, and includes a conversation area with rocking chairs, propane fire pit, and a convenient poolside half bathroom for an easy outdoor hangout.
Additional outdoor amenities include a charcoal park-style grill, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, and fishing cleaning/outdoor sink.
‘The Luna-Sea Inn’ is located in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood and is only a 2-minute drive or golf cart ride to town center with shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park! The property is found on a quiet, residential road with quick and easy beach access: just a 5-minute walk to the nearest community beach path and Gulf of Mexico (via 6th Street East). A 5-minute walk or 1-minute bike ride toward the Apalachicola Bay takes you to nearby Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve's Unit 4, an official site along the Birding Trail, which offers easy bay access for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing!
