Welcome to the custom-built "Ony's Outpost," a beautifully built, well-equipped home with a brand new elevator! Nestled in the gated community of Clipper Bay on the East End of St. George Island, it offers beautiful bay views, a community dock, and convenient beach access.

The "Ony's Outpost" gourmet kitchen, with its stainless appliances, expansive countertops, and large pantry, is a chef's dream! The open floor plan flows into the dining space, with eight chairs and a bar with four barstools. There is comfortable seating for the whole crew!

The living room lounging space flows comfortably from the dining and kitchen open floor plan, offering two sectional sofas and a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all located on the same level and flow openly. With convenient deck access, entertaining and gathering together is a breeze!

The four bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The bedroom with a queen bed and private deck and the hallway bathroom are shared with the bunk bedroom (2 twin beds). The king bedrooms have deck access and private bathrooms with showers.

Clipper Bay has a community pool, dock, and convenient beach access!
