The screened beachside deck allows for you to relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves and the wonderful views of the Gulf Of Mexico while sitting on the deck in the swing or the rocking chairs. This attractive beach home has a north and south deck and is perfectly placed on this lot to catch those beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Another convenience that is at your advantage for staying at this home is the Plantation Beach access is located directly across the street so when you are ready for that afternoon walk or to spend the day on the beach you donï¿½t have far to go. Now I Sea is also located within a leisurely stroll and short biking distance to the Plantation Clubhouse, this home is the perfect beach getaway for your family to come stay, visit and explore St. George Island. This house has access to the Plantation Clubhouse with community pools, tennis courts and fitness center.
