I'm not sure why this place has only a 2.5 rating on Expedia. It's a very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a great complimentary breakfast. Pet-friendly, with a small pet area just a few steps out the side doors. The Hilton is across the street that's probably much more expensive with amenities thst are no better than this gem. Restaurants close by are Cracker Barrel (practically next door) Utah's Steak & Chop House, and a little Mexican food place connected to the gas station mini mart - all are easily walkable.

We had a quick trip up to St. George and only stayed one night but the hotel was very up to date and clean. Our room was very spacious and accommodating but what made our stay even better was the staff. Every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting was beyond helpful and extremely kind and courteous . We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was in good shape the room was average. We had an enormous bug hidden in a little corner of the shower! The pool was the best part! I would however perfer that they put the towels in the pool area as opposed to going out to the main desk to get them.

We feel the hotel was average- the cleanliness could be bumped up a ton with the floors in and out of the elevators, the floors were always dirty the two days we stayed there. Plus we never had our room cleaned or new towels brought in.

Satisfactory in St. George
Clean, reasonably priced, but dated facility near St. George convention center in proximity to several comparable properties. Staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms were comfortable. Adjacent to highway with moderate noise in back rooms.

Property is in a convenient location, staff was friendly. Hotel is an updated older property that is ok for the price however the heat / AC didnt work in our room, breakfast was not good and bed was uncomfortable.
