I feel jipped. No cleaning service. You must beg for that. I was told due to booking from third party which was expedia, they gave .e a crappy room and told me due to booking through third party i did not recieve the room i booked. I have never been treated so badly by staff. They would not acknowledge me in any way. No eye contact. I will never stay at a best western, especially the one i just stayed at. They refused to give me a receipt.

We are so sorry for the misunderstanding while you booked your room. The room was booked through our contracted partners online. They paid for the room and send it over to us. By contract we cannot change the dates, rates, or room type that we receive through their booking. We were not able to be flexible because of this. Also when you check in at 11pm at night (mountain day light time) by that time most of our hotel guests have already checked in. Which when the hotel is nearly sold out we had to give you the room that was booked. Which was a King handicapped bedroom. It was a sold out night so there was nothing we could have done. With regards to the receipt we also could not give that to you because the rate through our contracted online partner is rate private. The online partner has your receipt. We are so sorry for your disappointment and I hope you know it was not personal and we did all we could to help while also staying within the bounds of the contract we have with our online partners. We are so sorry and we hope that we can serve you in the future.

The daily hot buffet breakfast is beyond amazing! The choices are endless and delicious. There is something for everyone. The dining room is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

They offered a really great breakfast and also had happy hour with snacks and drinks. Nice pool too. Very friendly staff. Only thing would recommend would be a few more weight machines in the gym. I love to workout when travelling.

The beds sagged so bad in the middle it was impossible for two people to sleep in the beds. We usually like this hotel but would not stay here again. Hopefully they replace the beds soon.

Moved into a wheelchair accessible room and was told that was the booking from expedia and nothing they could do about that at hotel. Did not book that way at expedia.

Had a nice stay over the new year. The free included breakfast was awesome with a nice variety. Staff was overall friendly but did feel like a slight inconvenience to the front desk staff when asking them any questions about the property/ stay. We were excited to use the hot tub and heated pool to relax but the hot tub was hardly luke-warm. Hotel was pet friendly and we saw guests with dogs on the property but you could see piles of dog hair in many areas of the parking. I expected a bit more from the stay. However, just grateful to have had a clean room, comfortable bed and free breakfast in a good location.

Hotel was good, and it was sick. Hot tub was sick! But not as lit as I originally thought. Beds. Sick. TV. LIT. Bathroom, was alright. Slept next to a fat sick pig and that wasn’t sick. If you come to this hotel be ready to get lit.

I had a late checkout and the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, but the cleaning staff would knock and try to open the door anyway. They don’t seem to care about the privacy signage they supply. they tried entering my room three times within an hour.

Very happy with our stay and perfect for what we needed, just a quick stay on our roadtrip. We needed dog friendly and it was so great, they had a dog bed, 2 treats, a little toy, and a poop bag! Such a thoughtful gesture. Very impressed. We’ll be back!

I don’t know how but Hotel.com booked us into a pet friendly room. No carpeting in room and a large doggie bed were found with water & food dishes. The had asked if we had pets upon check in at front desk, And I specifically stated we did not. The bathroom sink had a crack in it which was black stained? Have never stayed at the pet friendly end of the hotel and would not choose to return there. They’ve discontinued the custom omelettes at complimentary breakfast. It used to be a unique welcoming feature. The biscuits were so hard on the bottom they couldn’t be cut with the plastic utensils provided. Not even if you soaked them with gravy. Reconstituted eggs are so disappointing. But all the hotels have gone to them. No flavor at all. Abbey Inn used to be our go to in St George, but sadly they have declined dramatically. We checked in at 4:30pm and there were three different cleaning carts in the first floor area alone clogging the hallway, as we attempted to get to our room from the front desk. And the room keys were by not activated initially. I had to walk all the way back up to the front desk to have them activated

If the hotel was not too full we should have considered putting you into another room. I'll coach the front desk worker that handled your check in and give them suggestions. I am surprised about your comments about your experience with the breakfast. It is usually is the highlight of the guest experience at our hotel. We do the breakfast operations the same, yet I want to make sure the quality is where it should be. I will be sure to talk to our Food and Beverage Manager about your experience.
